一位超醜, 非常難看的男生....跟一位超可愛的女生 (和別的比那第一位男生好看的人)... :D

So this really shouldn't be the first picture I put up of Jon, so I'll keep it small. Mom and Dad, if you want to see your son and his favorite pasttime (jk jk!), please click and look. Otherwise... uhh, skip it? Haha...

Just as a mini-explanation-- we were playing cards, and then one thing led to another, and... well, suffice to say that Jon was quite naked at the end of the night.

KIDDING. He was fully clothed and just stumbling around-- unable to walk straight. ^__^

And SO. Closeups of the UGLY ONE. 哈哈... 我真的覺得他不應該長鬍子...But it's his choice, right? Jon, from now on, I will only support what you want to do. If you want to grow a goatee, mustache, long nose hairs, etc., I will say OKAY, GO FOR IT. Although I might have to protest at a tattoo...

Look at that cute smile ruined by that weird growth under his nose and on his chin...

Another one for the benefit of the parental units.

My initial reaction? It's my initial and final reactions.

Yeah, the bags under my eyes are huge. Gross.

And then the next day, we hopped on the train (well, more like ran and leaped frantically) to go to 屏東 and see 阿公!!! Here we are, playing with the camera.Aww, so FOB.

Jon can do the eyebrow thing. I can't. Boo!

Yeah... I've got weird expressions. And Jon looks like... deer caught in headlights?

阿公!!!! He's adorable. I can imagine my dad become this guy in 30 years. He is unbelievably strong for someone his age. [side note to my DAD-- 你應該比較常去看你爸!!! O__O] I know when I first called 阿公 on the phone, he sounded really nervous to be talking to me. Why does everyone think that my Chinese should suck? ;__;

Anyway, all 阿公 does all day is watch TV on his nice, fat 42+" screen. And he only watches three Japanese channels. It was cute. He sat and translated for us. Hehe!

...or at least, he translated for me. Jon passed out somewhere during that viewing of Japanese... I don't know what it was. Singing? Probably.

And then 阿公 bailed on us (literally) and disappeared with a relative (I think one of his nephew's daughters) to go to the daughter's piano concert. Her name was Yang Lan-Yin. So the abandoned brother and sister were off to wander 屏東 by ourselves. We walked over to SOGO to have dinner. I saw this beautiful sunset with clouds, so I took pictures. And had my picture taken.

Woot! I am truly a fob tourist. Yay.

Breakfast the next day, and Jon was definitely NOT awake when I dragged him down to go eat breakfast. Haha.

I was pleased with what I ate. Yummay!

And here is 阿公... he is soo unbelievably cute, it's amazing. He tries so hard to scurry back and forth so that we're okay. I heard from kiugong that 阿公 was extremely nervous about Jon and my arrival, fearing that we wouldn't be able to communicate. Lucky for the both of us, I can speak enough Chinese and he doesn't need to speak as much Japanese, although he clearly prefers speaking it.

Waiting for lunch on Sunday.

Watching 日本棒球! Yay ICHIRO! Haawtness...

Kiu gong. Nicest guy. Ever.

Me, Shyu-先生 (??), 阿公, 哥哥寫

舅公, 我, 阿公, 哥哥 (notice that Jon's head is half cut off)

And FINALLY, after getting the giant to crouch down, we get everyone in the picture... at the SAME TIME! Whoohoo!

I love 阿公. 他真的是超可愛的... ^__^ 希望以後有很多機會常常去看他. ^_^v

Wow, Jonathan has a mustache, and some hair on his chin!!! It's unbelievable. The last time I saw him in person, all the hair he had on his head was the hair on top, nose hair and a little ear hair... although his expression is still the same:cute and funny! I love his "eyebrow" expression, in particular.
